RDRAM

A type of dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) technology developed by Rambus, Inc., designed for high-speed data transfer. It uses a narrow, high-frequency bus to achieve greater bandwidth compared to earlier SDRAM modules. RDRAM was primarily used in some Intel Pentium 4 systems and PlayStation 2 consoles.
