Amacratic

Relating to an optical lens or system that is free from chromatic aberration, meaning it focuses all wavelengths of color to the same single point. This correction is achieved by combining multiple lens elements made from glasses with different dispersion properties, such as crown and flint glass. An amacratic lens is also known as an achromatic lens, a more common term in modern optics.
