Aspecular

Describing a surface or reflection that does not produce a mirror-like, specular reflection. Instead, light is scattered in multiple directions, resulting in a diffuse appearance. Aspecular surfaces are often intentionally created to reduce glare or to distribute light more evenly, such as in matte finishes or certain lighting diffusers.
