Barrel process

A method of finishing small metal parts in bulk by tumbling them within a rotating barrel containing abrasive media, water, and compounds. This mechanical action removes burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections, or applies a desired surface texture. The process is suitable for parts that can withstand repeated impacts without damage, such as stampings, castings, and machined components.
