Compression sock

A specialized hosiery item designed to apply graduated pressure to the leg, with the tightest compression at the ankle and gradually decreasing pressure towards the knee or thigh. This pressure supports blood flow and reduces swelling. Compression levels are measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg).
