Cuprotitanium

An alloy of copper and titanium, often used as a deoxidizer and grain refiner in the casting of other non-ferrous metals. It introduces titanium into the melt, which improves the mechanical properties and soundness of the final product. Typical titanium content ranges from 10% to 30%.
