Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-001827
Digital Phase-Locked Loop, an electronic circuit that generates an output signal whose phase is related to the phase of an input signal, using digital components. It employs digital logic to compare phases and adjust the frequency of a digitally controlled oscillator. DPLLs are widely used in clock recovery, frequency synthesis, and demodulation in digital communication systems.
