Hügelkultur

A gardening and landscaping technique that involves building raised garden beds from decaying wood debris and other organic materials. This method creates a mound that slowly releases nutrients and retains moisture over time. The core of the mound consists of logs and branches, covered with smaller organic matter and soil.
