A method of constructing a garment or fabric as a continuous tube without side seams, most commonly associated with knitting. This technique uses circular or double-pointed needles to create a single, unbroken piece of fabric for items like socks, hats, and sweater bodies. Manufacturing with this method eliminates the labor and material costs associated with cutting and sewing side seams, producing a smoother finish.
