Littrow prism

A type of dispersive prism designed with one face serving as both the entrance and exit surface for light, while the opposite face is coated to act as a mirror. Light enters the prism, undergoes dispersion, reflects off the mirrored face, and exits through the same entrance face. This configuration is used in spectrometers and tunable lasers to select specific wavelengths.
