Prism train

A series of prisms arranged in sequence to achieve a specific optical function, such as dispersion, beam steering, or image rotation. Each prism contributes to the overall optical path and can be designed to correct aberrations or modify polarization. Prism trains are found in spectroscopes, binoculars, and periscopes.
