Modified bitumen

A type of asphalt-based roofing material that incorporates polymer modifiers to enhance its flexibility, durability, and resistance to temperature extremes. It is applied in layers, either torch-applied, self-adhered, or mopped with hot asphalt, forming a continuous waterproof membrane. This material adheres to ASTM D6163, D6164, D6222, or D6223 standards.
