Nanoscopy
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-003842
A field of microscopy that achieves spatial resolution beyond the diffraction limit of conventional light microscopy, typically below 200 nanometers. It involves advanced techniques such as stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy or photoactivated localization microscopy (PALM). These methods are applied in materials science and biological research to visualize nanoscale structures.
