Nondrying

Describing a substance, such as an oil or adhesive, that does not harden or solidify through oxidation or evaporation when exposed to air. These materials remain in a liquid or semi-liquid state, maintaining their flexibility and tackiness over time. Nondrying oils are often used as lubricants or plasticizers.
