Overfogged

Describing photographic film or paper that has been exposed to excessive light or radiation, resulting in a general darkening or loss of contrast across the entire image. This can occur due to light leaks, improper storage, or overdevelopment. The resulting image appears dull and lacks detail in both highlights and shadows.
