Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-004539
A reusable board for prototyping electronic circuits, either a solderless type with spring-clip sockets in a grid or a perforated type with pre-drilled holes and copper pads for soldering. Parts are placed and wired together without fabricating a custom printed circuit board. Solderless protoboards use a 0.1 inch (2.54 mm) hole pitch that matches standard DIP chip lead spacing.
