Strike

To remove formwork from newly poured concrete after it has gained sufficient strength to support itself. This process, also known as stripping, requires careful timing to avoid damaging the concrete while allowing it to cure properly. The timing of striking is determined by the concrete's strength, typically measured by cylinder tests, and specified in project documents.
