"definition": "A type of low-voltage electrical earthing system where the neutral and protective functions are combined into a single conductor throughout the network, known as the PEN (Protective Earthed Neutral) conductor. In a Terra-Neutral-Combined arrangement, this PEN conductor is connected to earth at the source, such as a distribution transformer, and at multiple points along the supply network. This system contrasts with TN-S systems, where the neutral and protective conductors are separate.",
