Yeast-bitten

Describing beer in which the froth of the yeast has re-entered the body of the liquid, so that yeast is mixed back through the beer. The term comes from traditional brewing, where a yeast head rises on the fermenting beer. It names this state of the beer and not an off-flavor from autolysis, the breakdown of dead yeast cells.
