Nose coverage
Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-002366
A feature of a claims-made insurance policy that provides coverage for claims arising from incidents that occurred before the policy's effective date but are reported during the policy period. This coverage is typically purchased when an insured switches from one claims-made policy to another or from an occurrence policy to a claims-made policy. It bridges the gap for prior acts, preventing a lapse in protection.
