Occupational injury

A physical harm or damage to the body that arises out of and in the course of employment, resulting from a specific work-related incident or exposure. This type of injury is typically sudden and identifiable, such as a fall, a cut, or a strain from lifting. It is distinct from an occupational disease, which develops over time.
