Agreement

A mutual understanding or arrangement between two or more parties regarding a course of action or a set of facts. It signifies a meeting of the minds, though not all agreements are legally enforceable contracts. For an agreement to be a contract, it must generally include an offer, acceptance, consideration, and an intent to create legal relations.
