Alienable

Relating to a property right that is capable of being sold, transferred, or otherwise conveyed from one party to another. For a right to be alienable, there must be no legal restrictions preventing its transfer, such as those found in certain trust agreements or life estates. Most forms of private property are considered alienable unless specific limitations are imposed by law or contract.
