A condition of sale for property, particularly real estate, where the buyer accepts the item in its current state, including any and all defects. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, about the property's condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. This clause shifts the risk of undiscovered problems to the buyer, who is expected to conduct their own due diligence through inspections before the purchase is finalized.
