Business invitee

A person who enters another's property with the express or implied permission of the owner for a purpose connected with the owner's business. Property owners owe a high duty of care to business invitees, including inspecting the premises for hazards and warning of any known dangers. This duty is higher than that owed to licensees or trespassers.
