Implied contract

An agreement created by the actions, conduct, or circumstances of the parties, rather than by their express words. The law infers the existence of a contract from the behavior of the parties, indicating a mutual intention to contract. For instance, when a person receives services and does not object, an implied contract to pay for those services may arise.
