Contract implied in fact

An agreement between parties that is not explicitly stated but is inferred from their conduct, actions, or the circumstances surrounding their interactions. The existence of such a contract depends on the parties' mutual intent to contract, as evidenced by their behavior. For example, when a person accepts services knowing that payment is expected, a contract implied in fact arises.
