Collusion

A secret agreement or cooperation between two or more parties, often for an illegal or deceitful purpose, to defraud or gain an unfair advantage over others. In law, collusion can invalidate contracts, judgments, or other legal actions. It is frequently seen in antitrust cases, where competitors secretly agree to fix prices or divide markets.
