Conditional ownership

A form of property ownership where the transfer of title or the continuation of ownership depends on the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of specific conditions. If the condition is not met, the ownership interest can revert to the original grantor or transfer to another party. This is distinct from absolute ownership, which has no such limitations.
