Confidential communication

A private exchange of information between individuals who share a legally recognized privilege, such as attorney-client, doctor-patient, or spousal privilege. These communications are protected from disclosure in legal proceedings without the consent of the privilege holder. The purpose is to encourage open and honest communication within these relationships.
