Consignee

The party to whom goods are shipped, delivered, or entrusted for sale or custody. This individual or entity receives the goods from a consignor, often under an agreement where the consignee sells the goods on behalf of the consignor and remits payment. The consignee holds possession but not ownership of the goods until a sale occurs.
