Judgment creditor

A party, either an individual or an entity, who has obtained a court judgment against another party for a monetary sum. This status grants the creditor legal rights to pursue collection of the awarded amount. The judgment creditor can employ legal mechanisms such as wage garnishment, property liens, or bank account levies to satisfy the debt.
