Picketing

The act of standing or marching in front of a workplace or other premises to protest, publicize a dispute, or dissuade others from entering. It is a form of demonstration, often used by labor unions during strikes to express grievances. Picketing is subject to legal restrictions regarding location, duration, and the content of signs or speech.
