Private nuisance

An unreasonable, unwarranted, or unlawful interference with another person's private use and enjoyment of their land. The interference must be substantial and continuous, affecting the comfort, health, or convenience of the property owner. Remedies may include monetary damages or an injunction to stop the offending activity.
