Procedendo

Term · Law · MLC-T-LAW-003939

A writ from a superior court directing an inferior court to go forward and enter judgment in a case it has delayed or declined to decide. It commands the lower court to act but does not tell it what the judgment should be. Ohio courts still grant the writ when a trial judge sits on a pending matter without ruling.
