Secondary boycott

An attempt by a labor union to pressure an employer by inducing a third party, such as a supplier or customer, to stop doing business with that employer. This tactic is generally prohibited under the National Labor Relations Act in the United States. The aim is to inflict economic harm on the primary employer through indirect means.
