Surrebuttal

A stage in a trial where a party presents evidence to counter the evidence introduced by the opposing party during their rebuttal phase. This is the final opportunity for a party to present evidence before closing arguments. The scope of surrebuttal evidence is typically limited to directly addressing the rebuttal evidence.
