Tender

An unconditional offer by one party to another to perform a contractual obligation, such as paying a debt or delivering goods. It demonstrates the offering party's readiness and ability to fulfill their part of the agreement. A valid tender, if refused without justification, can discharge the tendering party from further liability for non-performance.
