Ultrahazardous activity

An activity that is inherently dangerous and carries a high risk of serious harm, even when conducted with reasonable care. Individuals or entities engaging in such activities are held strictly liable for any resulting injuries, regardless of fault. Examples include blasting, storing explosives, or keeping wild animals, where the potential for harm outweighs the social utility.
