Unlawful deportation and transfer

The forced removal of individuals from a territory without due process or in violation of international law, particularly humanitarian law. This includes deportations that target specific groups or occur during armed conflict. Such actions are considered war crimes or crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
