Actual pressure

Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-003284

The measured atmospheric pressure at a specific location and time, without any adjustments for altitude or temperature. This value reflects the true weight of the air column directly above the measurement point. It is often reported in units of hectopascals (hPa) or millibars (mb) and differs from sea-level pressure, which is adjusted to a common reference altitude.
