Adiabatic saturation pressure
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-003298
The partial pressure of water vapor in an air parcel that has been brought to saturation adiabatically by the evaporation of water into it. This pressure corresponds to the saturation vapor pressure at the adiabatic saturation temperature. It is a theoretical value used in psychrometry to relate dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures.
