Saturation

The state where the air holds the maximum possible amount of water vapor at a given temperature and pressure. At this point, the rate of condensation equals the rate of evaporation, and the relative humidity is 100 percent. Further cooling or addition of water vapor will lead to condensation, forming clouds or precipitation.
