Antenna feed

A component of a radar system that directs electromagnetic energy from the transmitter to the antenna, and conversely, channels received signals from the antenna to the receiver. It typically consists of a waveguide or coaxial cable and a feed horn. The design of the antenna feed influences the radiation pattern and efficiency of the radar.
