Aperiodic

Describing a phenomenon or process that does not exhibit a regular, repeating cycle or pattern over time. In meteorology, aperiodic events lack a discernible frequency or period, making their occurrence less predictable than periodic phenomena. Many atmospheric processes, such as certain types of turbulence or sudden weather shifts, can be aperiodic.
