Climatological station pressure

Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-004386

The atmospheric pressure measured directly at the elevation of a climatological station. This raw pressure reading is influenced by both weather conditions and the station's altitude. For meteorological analysis and comparison between stations, station pressure is typically converted to sea-level pressure using a standard atmospheric model.
