Correlation ratio

A statistical measure that quantifies the strength of the relationship between two variables, without assuming linearity. It is particularly useful when the relationship between variables is non-linear but monotonic. The correlation ratio, denoted by eta squared, ranges from 0 to 1, where 0 indicates no relationship and 1 indicates a perfect relationship.
