Current rose
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-004814
A graphical diagram that illustrates the frequency distribution of current speeds and directions at a specific location over a period. It consists of a circle with radiating spokes, where each spoke represents a direction and its length or thickness indicates the percentage of time currents flow in that direction.
