Depth-duration-frequency curve

A graphical representation that illustrates the relationship between rainfall depth, its duration, and the frequency or return period of such events. These curves are derived from historical rainfall data for a specific location. They are used in hydrology and engineering for designing drainage systems and flood control measures.
