Effective evapotranspiration

Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-005282

The actual amount of water vapor transferred from the Earth's surface to the atmosphere through evaporation and plant transpiration, considering the available water supply. It reflects the water loss that truly occurs under prevailing environmental conditions and soil moisture availability. This value is often less than potential evapotranspiration due to water limitations.
